Eye of the Eagle Art, 131 E First Street on July 4 unveiled their new fence mural painted by Clayton artist Penny Evans. Downtown Development Coordinator Bruce Naegelen interviewed Penny and gallery co-owner Donna Pfledderer and here's the video!
