East 2nd Street Yoga Moving to 107 E First Street

There will be a name change as East 2nd Street Yoga and Massage owner Catharine Eberhart moves her studio from a business based out of her home on Second Street and The Clayton Center for the past 6years in downtown to a storefront at 107 East First Street.

Beginning Monday, July 6, all classes and massage therapy will be held at Ms Eberhart’s new location at the corner of Fayetteville and East First Street, where Censored Skate Shack was located for several years.

Ms. Eberhart said she will continue her regular classes and programs of yoga and massage but expects to add speciality classes for seniors and youth, gentle yoga, meditation classes and specialty workshops to work with back pain and shoulder and neck pain. The studio is equipped with The Great Yoga Wall and all the necessary yoga props.

She will also offer a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training this fall. Ms. Eberhart said, ”there are a lot of people teaching yoga who don’t have the training – but at our studio, Clayton has some of the very best.”

People can register online to join classes at any time and request massage therapy appointments at www.east2ndstreetyoga.com The studio is open by appointment and during classtimes. For more information call (919) 270-4892 or email info@east2ndstreetyoga.com.
